Anomaly Visualization

The project “Cooperative Household Budgeting with Augmented Intelligence (HAI)” was carried out at the Joint Innovation Lab of the University of Lübeck.

The goal is a human-centred assistant that supports complex public-sector budgeting with transparency, visualization and dependency cues.

My contribution was an interactive R Shiny data-visualization GUI. The dashboard highlights potential anomalies in budget data and provides context so staff of the State of Schleswig-Holstein can review them.

The prototype was presented at the Ministry of Finance in Kiel. The exchange ensured compatibility with administrative processes and informed iterative improvements to the review pipeline.
